- Account data: email address and hashed password when you sign up.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
- Analytics: anonymous page views and referral sources via Google Analytics.
- Support messages: anything you send us by email.
2. How we use it
- To let you sign in and access member-only content.
- To process your membership payments through Stripe.
- To understand which guides are popular so we can prioritize new ones.
- To respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails without your opt-in.
3. Who we share it with
A small number of processors help us run the service:
- Stripe — payments and subscription management.
- Lovable Cloud — authentication, database, and hosting.
- Google Analytics — aggregated traffic analytics.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to run analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time, but you will not be able to sign in without them.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
6. Children
Vice Hub is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it.
