Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Vice Hub membership. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how to request one.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Vice Insider or Kingpin within 14 daysof your first purchase, email us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies once per customer.
2. Recurring renewals
Memberships renew automatically. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it in full and cancel future renewals. After 7 days, renewal refunds are handled case by case.
3. Yearly plans
Yearly plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, but the current year is non-refundable unless required by law.
4. When refunds are not available
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (sharing paid content publicly, scraping, harassment).
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase (except renewals above).
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first — please email us before disputing.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@howardholdingsgroup.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund request" and the order/charge date. We respond within 2 business days and refunds land on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
6. Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel your membership at any time from the billing portal on your membership page. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
